Morgan Announces New National Marketing Manager

Rodrigo Roman takes on the challenge of expanding the brand's presence in the corn and sorghum hybrid market

Morgan, one of the brands of LongPing High-Tech, a corn and sorghum seed giant, announces Rodrigo Roman (pictured) as its new national marketing manager. Roman, who previously worked regionally, now assumes responsibility for leading the brand, which has been the second-largest in the market for the past five years.

The appointment of Rodrigo Roman aims to drive Morgan’s growth towards leadership in the sector. “I am very happy to take on this challenge, after all, Morgan is a brand that has been present in the lives of farmers for over ten years, always bringing excellence. Each region of Brazil has its own particularities and we are always seeking the best in biotechnology in our hybrids. My goal is to guide Morgan with even greater simplicity, agility, fair pricing for farmers and high-quality products”, says the executive.

Rodrigo Roman is an agronomist, graduated from the Federal University of Pelotas. At Morgan Sementes since 2022, he has extensive experience in the seed and pesticide sector, having worked for important companies in the sector, such as Basf, Iharabras, RC Agro, Pioneer Sementes and DOW.
