A sensation among rural producers, farmers and other visiting audiences at agribusiness fairs in Brazil, such as the 2019 editions of Expodireto and Agrishow, the Momentum planter series is the protagonist of Massey Ferguson at the brand's stand at the 133rd International Livestock, Agriculture and Industry, from Buenos Aires. The event that brings together countryside and city takes place from July 24th to August 4th, in the country's capital.

The Momentum series of planters will revolutionize planting, especially on large properties. The novelty is the first global project by AGCO – the company that owns the brand –, developed 100% in Brazil, bringing the best planting quality in the world to Brazilian crops and around the world and offering greater versatility for transportation and agility to the farmer. The implement will be sold in more than 200 Massey Ferguson dealerships, distributed across all Brazilian regions, and from 2020 onwards it will be exported by AGCO South America to other countries in the region, European nations and also the USA.

Among the largest in its category, the Momentum has versions of 24, 30 and 40 lines, with a working width of 10,2 meters, 13,5 meters and 18 meters, respectively, and with a spacing of 45 cm and a storage box for 5.130 liters of seeds. Furthermore, the machine is extremely simple to change its spacing, making it possible to change from 45 cm to 50 cm in less than two hours with the 40-line option.

When folded, the planter measures 3,6 meters, the smallest transport width in its category, without the need to disassemble any component and can easily pass through gates and bridges while being pulled by the tractor. The machine is also easily transported on flatbed trucks, simply remove two wheels and two planting lines from the machine's central support, and it will be 3 meters wide without the need to use beaters, which reduces operating costs.

In addition to the Momentum planter, Massey Ferguson – which has been operating in Argentina for 50 years – continues to invest in agribusiness in that country with its wide portfolio of products, including harvesters, balers and tractors. Among the tractors displayed at its stand are the low-power MF 4700 series, made up of models MF 4707 (79 hp), MF 4708 (85 hp) and MF 4709 (95 hp), with efficient transmission and a high level of comfort. , and those from the MF 5700 series, including the MF 5710 model, with a power of 105 hp.
