Minister launches Titula Brasil Program and Solution

The program aims to foster partnerships between the institute and municipalities for the titling and legalization of occupation of rural areas in the Union

The Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (Mapa), Tereza Cristina, the president of the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (Incra), Geraldo Melo Filho, and the president of Serpro, the federal government's IT intelligence company, Gileno Barreto , launch, this Wednesday (10), the Titula Brasil Program and Solution, which aim to speed up the process of titling and legalizing the occupation of rural areas in the Union.

The Program was created by Joint Ordinance 1 of 2020, signed by the Special Secretariat for Land Affairs (Seaf) and Incra, and aims to foster partnerships between the institute and municipalities, as determined by article 32 of Law 11.952 of 2009.

On this occasion, the Titula Brasil application and the Web version of the solution will be launched, the first product developed by Serpro for Incra with the aim of meeting the demands of the municipality in the development of services and systems that accelerate the titling procedures for occupations subject to legalization .
