Microquimica and Tradecorp present portfolio union at the 26th Hortitec

In January, the acquisition of Microquimica by the Tradecorp group was made official, and the participation of the two companies in the 26th Hortitec will be the initial milestone of this union for the market. The event takes place between the 26th and 28th of June, at the Expoflora Pavilion, in Holambra (SP).

After 12 years, Tradecorp returns to the event together with Microquimica, which marks its eighth participation. The companies will present their integrated solutions for the HFF sector, such as Glutamin K Libre, Hortiplus Ativador, Humitec, Ultraferro and Tradecorp AZ ll. In addition to special emphasis on Vorax, the first biofertilizer* registered in Brazil.

Anderson Nora Ribeiro, the group's marketing manager in Brazil, evaluates this portfolio integration process very positively, as it enables an increase in solutions for farmers, always focusing on the productivity and quality of agricultural products. “We will present at Hortitec the best plant nutrition portfolio on the market for the most varied crops. In this first half of the year, there have already been effective cross-sales in both directions, proving that the merger will be strategic and will generate benefits for rural producers”.

Tradecorp has a traditional presence in horticultural products, with participation in the main vegetable producing centers in the world, including products certified for use in organic agriculture. Microquimica has a robust technical team and distribution network.

In this sense, Ribeiro states that the group is very optimistic about the current scenario of the national agricultural market. “The acquisition of Microquimica by Tradecorp is a reflection of this good moment. Since 2010 we have continued on a positive trend, growing at over 15% per year. For 2019, our initial forecast is to earn 18% more. We are hiring more field employees, opening new regional departments, investing in the biological processes unit, expanding investments in R&D and Marketing”, reinforces the Marketing manager.

* In the foreign market, as well as in academia, this type of product is called Biostimulant. In Brazil, the legal name is Biofertilizer.
