Microgeo, a Brazilian biological soil management company, has just announced the arrival of Walmor Fonseca Roim (pictured) as the new Product Manager. This position, created especially this year after an organizational restructuring, promises to increase the quality of customer service and offer even more robust support to employees. With more than 20 years of experience in the pesticide and seed industry, Roim brings a wealth of experience in leadership, product development and market intelligence.
An Agricultural Engineer, he has worked in prominent positions in several crops, including soybeans, corn, rice, cotton, sugar cane and wheat. His work at Adama Paraguay, where he was responsible for managing the product portfolio and new launches, as well as all stages of the product life cycle, solidified his reputation as an innovative and strategic professional.
At Microgeo, Roim will be tasked with enhancing the development of Microgeo and the company's new product launches and ensuring the company remains at the forefront of agricultural biotechnology. "I am very excited about this new challenge and confident that my experience will contribute significantly to Microgeo's growth," says Roim.
