Massey Ferguson will be present at the eighth edition of the National Congress of Agribusiness Women (CNMA), held on October 25th and 26th, in São Paulo (SP). The brand, which has participated in the event since 2017, will take advantage of the space to present its new digital specialist: Mafê, responsible for communication in the company's media.
She will present information about female leadership in agribusiness, seeking to stimulate debate about women's contribution to the growth of the sector. She will also interact with visitors and invite them to participate in an activity in the Massey Ferguson space.
Ana Helena Andrade, director of government affairs at AGCO, owner of Massey Ferguson, reinforces that the event is of fundamental importance to demonstrate the stories of women who are changing agriculture, as well as to present the success of the businesses they conduct, as well as an opportunity for meet people and experiences.
“We all have the challenge of proving our competence and winning in the different areas of agribusiness. For companies that are partners of the event, it is extremely important to monitor this evolution. This proximity allows us to get to know our clients, as well as share with them the challenges we face. Logically, business opportunities can be created, bringing benefits to everyone”, he emphasizes.
According to her, over the last few years, rural women have become protagonists of many properties and businesses. “We are going through a time of technological, economic, political and social changes. This means that we need to be increasingly included in areas of innovation, in executive positions, associations, cooperatives, among others. We have to be prepared and capable, both technically and emotionally, to occupy these spaces. Therefore, my advice is that women seek to become professionals in their sectors, be multipliers of this technical knowledge and that we come together and help so that the next generations of professionals can face lower barriers”, she concludes.
