The production forecast for the 2021/2022 Brazilian soybean harvest, which begins to be sown in September, is 144,6 million tons, an increase of 6,3% compared to the previous season, which produced 136,1 million tons. The expectation is that the planted area will also grow by 4,9%, from 38,7 million hectares to 40,40 million hectares, according to the consultancy Cogo Intelligence in Agribusiness.

The MF 8700 S line tractors can easily use the largest planting implements, with the ability to work for long hours and in difficult terrain conditions. All are equipped with Massey Ferguson's Dyna-VT transmission, which allows greater precision during tractor and implement movement when planting or preparing the soil, resulting in gains in productivity and operational performance.
The Momentum planter, a project 100% developed in Brazil, brings the best planting quality and offers more agility and versatility. The two versions - Momentum, Seed Version with the option of 24, 30 and 40 lines, and Momentum, Seeds & Fertilizers Version with 24 and 30 lines – have a nominal spacing of 45 cm, placing the equipment among the largest in the category.
The planter has the exclusive Smart Frame System, which self-levels the row support, always keeping them in the best working position, depositing seeds at the correct depth, even on wide bases and contour lines. “The central fertilizer box with 3.600 liters and the seed box with 5.130 liters provide greater autonomy and better performance of the equipment, in addition to recording more machine time worked, maintaining efficiency and high yield”, explains Felipe Zolet, responsible for AGCO Planters Product Management.
We cannot forget spraying, one of the most important stages in the soybean production cycle. Quality equipment guarantees the control of invasive plants, diseases and agricultural pests, in addition to applying the pesticide in the right place and at the right dose, guaranteeing the efficiency of the product and reducing the fixed costs of rural production.
The MF 9330 sprayer stands out for its efficiency in applying agricultural pesticides, having a 3.000 liter spray tank and a 24 or 30 meter spray bar. The bars can include an active height and stability control system that provides better deposition of sprayed drops, guaranteeing productivity that can exceed five bags per hectare with the use of the tool.
Other highlights are the 200 hp AGCO Power engine, which consumes up to 30% less fuel compared to models on the market, and the robust traction system with permanent double crossed pump combined with the flexible chassis, allowing the model to face adverse terrain maintaining the quality of the application.
For the last stage of cultivation, one of the options is the MF 9895 axial harvester. The technology added to the equipment reduces operational consumption and waste during the harvesting process and allows the farmer to harvest grains with quality and have greater profitability. With an AGCO Power seven-cylinder engine, which can reach 500 hp, the model has a grain unloading rate of 150 liters per second and a tank with a storage capacity of 12.334 liters.
