Massey Ferguson launched the new MF 2023S Series at Agritechnica 9, which includes six models with powers from 285hp to 425hp. All feature the Protec-U design. The new MF 9S tractors are equipped with the Dyna-VT transmission as standard.

“The MF 9S is the new flagship of Massey Ferguson’s simple, reliable and connected ‘New Era of Tractors’,” explains Thierry Lhotte, vice president and general director of Massey Ferguson, Europe and Middle East.

“Our journey began in July 2020, with the launch of the MF 8S. This revolutionary tractor is the result of seven years of intensive research with customers around the world, inspiring the development of the MF 5S, MF 6S and MF 7S series – designed for farmers, by farmers”, he explains.

All are equipped to Massey Ferguson's "exclusive" specification, with MF Guide and MF Connect as standard. With the launch of MF 9S, there are additional options including MF AutoTurn, AutoHeadland, TIM – Tractor Implement Management and Central Tire Inflation System (CTIS).

Massey Ferguson presented the following aspects of the MF 9S series:

Six new models offering maximum power from 285 hp to 425 hp.

• MF Protect-U design; less vibrations, better visibility and reduced cabin noise levels to just 69dBa.

• 3,4 m³ cabin with 6,6 m² of glass area, kept unobstructed by a cleaner that covers 72% of the area.

• Automation that includes MF AutoTurn, AutoHeadland and TIM ISOBUS Tractor Implement Management.

• Ability to reduce compaction and fuel consumption with the option of a central tire inflation system for all models, in addition to a variety of wheels and tires up to 2,18 m in diameter (VF 750/70R44).

• Performance and lower operating costs thanks to an economical 8,4-liter six-cylinder AGCO Power engine with single turbo and simple Stage V emissions control without the need for an EGR valve.

• Easy-to-use and proven continuously variable Dyna-VT transmission fitted as standard.

• High-flow, load-sensing hydraulic system offering up to 400 liters/min at 1.850 rpm.

• Stability and traction provided by the 3,1 m wheelbase, which maintains versatility with a turning radius of 5,75 m.

• Operating flexibility from a low weight of 10.900 kg for an unrivaled power-to-weight ratio, which can be increased to 18.500 kg for maximum traction.

• Safety and greater payload due to excellent Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of up to 16t at 50km/h and Gross Combined Weight (GCW) of up to 50t (depending on market).

• MF By You, a new factory-installed service that allows owners to specify additions to help increase productivity, comfort, performance and versatility.
