“We listened to the needs of our customers and brought options to support all producers, with innovative solutions in planting, as well as in the most diverse agricultural operations, implementing the latest technology. Our goal is to offer producers in all regions an intelligent, high-quality planting solution that delivers added value and has less impact on the environment”, highlights Alexandre Stucchi, sales director Massey Ferguson.”

The 8S and Momentum planter set has technologies that integrate to facilitate operation and bring productivity results, such as the automatic pilot, which guarantees ideal parallelism between the planting lines, and the fleet management system, which monitors the performance of the machine, and transmits all machine information to a center that helps assess the condition of the equipment, enabling the dealership to offer personalized service to the producer, avoiding unexpected downtime.

With the option of 18, 20, 22 and 24 rows and spacing of 45 cm and 50 cm, the new versions of the planter offer the same quality of operation as the version launched in 2019 with a greater number of rows (24, 30 and 40), but with the addition of technologies and tools to further increase crop productivity.

The weight distribution system across the chassis divides the central load equally, which results in better performance in hilly areas, providing homogeneous seed deposition depth and improving planting quality. Another new feature is the fertilizer system that now operates with vApply Granular, a technology Precision Planting fertilizer control system that manages fertilizer in two sections, reducing fertilizer waste by up to 50%.

The new version maintains the same transport versatility already known, the planter is 3,6 meters long, without the need to disassemble any component, and can pass through gates and bridges easily and safely. Opening and closing time is less than 1,5 minutes.

O MF 8S tractor arrives in Brazil in the MF 8S.245 and MF 8S.265 models, with powers of 245 hp and 265 hp. The series features the new Dyna-7 automatic transmission, which provides easy and efficient operation with a total of 28 forward and 28 reverse speeds in four groups and seven non-stop gears.
