Focused on maintaining its growing presence in the Brazilian market, LS Tractor has expanded its dealer network to the North and Northeast of the country. The new stores are located in the interior of the states of Bahia, Sergipe, Pernambuco, Ceará, Pará, Roraima and Acre.

According to the vice president of the South Korean manufacturer, André Rorato, this was a goal to be achieved by the company. “It is important to achieve this goal in the year in which we celebrate 11 years of presence in the Brazilian market. The expansion strengthens the brand and allows more producers to learn about all the benefits that our tractors can offer”, he emphasizes.

Importance for the regions

Ronaldo Pereira, commercial director of the Maquiparts dealership, an authorized LS dealer, emphasizes that the opening of the store in Acre represents the strengthening of the group's business, since the company already has units in Mato Grosso and Rondônia. He says that the state of Acre is undergoing rapid development, with the opening of new grain crop areas, growth in coffee farming and the already well-known strong base in livestock farming. "That is why we are working, first, with the R line of compact tractors and the Plus line, from 80 to 100 hp", he highlights.

Agricultural production in Bahia is also quite extensive. In the western region, large grain production stands out, while the more central region has a large number of small and medium-sized producers, mainly of fruits in irrigation projects. Francisco Martinelli, managing partner of Motopema, an LS dealership with stores in Feira de Santana, Juazeiro and Irecê, in Bahia, states that LS Tractor tractors are gaining wide acceptance due to their unique features.

“One of the differences we found at LS Tractor is the quality of the technologies embedded in medium and low-power tractors, something not found in the competition, and which has been highly valued by rural producers”, he points out.

Among the most interesting features for producers in the region, according to Martinelli, are the front axle with the smallest turning radius in the category (55º) and the transmission with synchronized forward and reverse inverter, which ensure greater agility and speed in operations. In addition to the adjustable hydrostatic steering, which provides better ergonomics, the greater ground clearance (50,7 cm ground clearance) and the three-speed PTO, which are also sought after by farmers and ranchers.

According to the vice president of LS Tractor, the expansion process is not yet complete, and new stores are expected by the end of 2024. “LS currently has more than 75 stores nationwide and intends to reach 100 points of sale this year. We believe that, with the new dealerships, we will close 2024 with around 10% share in the national market”, he concludes.
