On October 10, LS Tractor celebrated 11 years since the inauguration of its factory in Brazil. With a portfolio of 17 models ranging from 25hp to 145hp in power, the brand has consolidated its presence in the country with more than 70 dealerships distributed in almost all Brazilian states.
The President of LS Mtron in Brazil, Carlos Kim, emphasized the importance of the Brazilian market for the company. "In Brazil, throughout this journey, we have conquered very important segments in agribusiness with our products and embedded technologies, such as coffee and the citrus sector. Today, we are recognized for the differentiated products we bring to the market, with a very high level of customer satisfaction," he said.
Regarding future plans, Kim reinforced the commitment to the LS Group's core philosophy: "To provide the best products and services to customers with the best teamwork and a customer-centric mindset, because the customer is the reason for our existence. We will always listen to the voice of the field. In fact, this is how we have developed some of our best products."
LS Mtron's Vice President in Brazil, André Rorato, also spoke about the company's challenges and achievements over the years. "Starting the implementation of an unknown brand in a mature market like Brazil, with traditional brands that have been present for over 50 years, required, in addition to well-structured planning, a lot of work and dedication from the team we put together to get where we are today," said Rorato.
He highlighted the consolidation of the brand in the country. "In 11 years in the market, today LS is a consolidated brand and present in all regions of Brazil. I would say that without my team this would not be a reality today," he said.
Regarding the company's initial projections, Rorato highlighted that they were fully achieved. "Today, we are present throughout Brazil, with a structured dealer network. By the end of 2024, we will have 100 points of sale, more than 35 thousand tractors delivered, with customers from all market segments, from family farmers who have a single tractor to large fleets with more than a hundred tractors," he explained.
Even in the face of recent economic challenges, LS Tractor maintained a positive performance. "While we heard in the media about the difficulties of the entire agricultural machinery chain in the country, with factories shut down, layoffs... we at LS did not stop for a single day, keeping all our employees. Of course, we felt the decline in the tractor market, however, as we operate strongly in market niches that were less affected, the crisis did not reach here", stated Rorato.
According to Rorato, customer satisfaction is due to the quality of the products and the support offered by the company. "Without a shadow of a doubt, the quality of our products and the support they find in our dealer network. Our 'customer first' philosophy will make it possible for many more 11 years to be repeated," concluded the Vice President.
The LS Group is headquartered in South Korea, operates on five continents and is active in four main business areas: agricultural machinery, military equipment, extrusion plants and electronic supplies for various industrial sectors.
