The demand for orange in natura continued to be weakened in recent days, due to the cold weather in the state of São Paulo. Even so, the low supply of early fruits in this segment allowed a slight recovery in the prices of pear oranges, after four consecutive weeks of decline.

In the partial part of the week (Monday to Thursday), the average fruit was R$ 32,06/box of 40,8 kg, on the tree, an increase of 1,4% compared to the previous period. In the case of tangor murcote, which began harvesting in the second half of the month, demand is also limited.

This week, the fruit is sold at an average of R$41,10/box of 40,8 kg, on the tree, a 15% drop compared to the previous period.
