Lieven Cooreman took over as CEO of Fertilizers Heringer S/A. The executive is also CEO of EuroChem Fertilizandos Tocantins and coordinates EuroChem's commercial operations in South America.
Last week, EuroChem Group AG announced the completion of the purchase of controlling interest in Fertilizers Heringer SA, with 51,48% of the shares. The business strengthens its production and distribution capacity in the country. Meeting held within the scope of the judicial recovery of Fertilizers Heringer, on 31/03, approved the deal.
