Librelato sells 300 Tipper Rototrains to AMAGGI

Librelato, one of the largest manufacturers of road implements in the country, signed an agreement to supply 300 Premium Dump Trucks to AMAGGI, a company that operates heavily in the agribusiness sector, and also in the areas of Commodities, Logistics and Operations and Energy in Brazil. The delivery schedule for the units is expected to be finalized in June this year. The acquisition totals 900 pins.

Headquartered in Cuiabá, MT, AMAGGI produced around 2021 million tons of grains and fibers in 1,3, including soybeans, corn and cotton, and has a commercial relationship base with approximately six thousand rural producers in Brazil. Last year, it sold around 17,8 million tons of grains and fibers worldwide.

Silvio highlights that “agribusiness represents a major business driver for Librelato. The renewal of equipment in the field is driving sales and the agricultural area is already responsible for 65% of our commercial agreements in Brazil”, he adds. 

The Dump Trains will be used to transport AMAGGI's grains and will be part of a logistics operation that will mainly cover the states of Mato Grosso, Rondônia and Pará.

Librelato Premium Tipper Rodotrem

Librelato's Premium Dump Truck model was developed with ultra-strength steel and fifth wheel coupling and features a 40-degree tipping angle as a major difference, which brings great productivity to unloading operations.

The special steel is highly resistant to abrasion and impacts on the cargo box lining, and has a useful life of up to three times longer compared to traditional steel. This way, it is possible to achieve a reduction in fuel consumption, delivering better performance and profitability for the customer. In addition, it has a modular box, which allows equipment to be recovered in the event of an accident, at a lower cost and with greater agility.

Precisely because the implement is made of lighter, more resistant steel and is completely closed, the loading and unloading operation has become faster. The tipper also has the advantage of reducing grain loss during transport, avoiding waste, which results in better cost-benefit for the transporter and the customer, optimizing the results of the entire logistics chain”, concludes Silvio.
