Kuhn do Brasil opened a distribution and training center in the city of Palmas. The ceremony was attended by the company's global management, including the CEO of Bucher Industries A.G., Jaques Sanche, the President of the Kuhn group Thierry Krier, and the CEO of Kuhn in Brazil, Nicolas Guillou.

The center, with 2 thousand square meters of structure, was strategically located in Palmas to meet the growing demand in the distribution of parts in the Matopiba region, which encompasses Maranhão, Tocantins, Piauí and Bahia. The unit will provide services to at least nine Kuhn dealerships already present in the area.

The choice of Palmas is due to the fact that Brazilian agribusiness represents one of Kuhn's main markets in the world. The company has three manufacturing units in Brazil, located in Passo Fundo (RS), Tuparendi (RS) and São José dos Pinhais (PR).

The new center is part of Kuhn's Network Plan, which aims to reach 100 points of sale by the end of the year. According to Kuhn's Marketing Manager, José Carlos Bassetti, the unit reinforces the brand's presence in the country and is aligned with the growth strategy in Brazil.

In addition to distribution, the unit in Palmas has a technical training center and an administrative department, quickly serving strategic regions such as Sealba, which covers Sergipe, Alagoas and Bahia. The training will provide greater training to reseller technicians and machine operators, improving support for the end customer.

Between 2018 and 2021, Kuhn grew around 300% in Matopiba. The expectation is to triple this share by 2028, since the region has potential for growth of 67% in the grain production area, potentially increasing from 8 million hectares to 12 million by 2030/2031.

Kuhn's international delegation, in addition to participating in the inauguration of the center, recently visited the Expodireto Cotrijal fair, in Não-Me-Toque (RS) and completed a visit schedule in Luis Eduardo Magalhães (BA) and Piauí (PI), with the objective of strengthening relationships with clients and highlighting investments in Brazil.
