Basf launches solution for soybean diseases at Expodireto Cotrijal
Aumenax is the fungicide developed to control the main soybean diseases
Kuhn will be at Expodireto Cotrijal, one of the largest international agribusiness fairs, which takes place from March 2nd to 6th, in the city of Não-Me-Toque (RS). The stand has a roof to welcome customers, friends and the public, as well as a sales, marketing, after-sales team and management, located on Av. B, Rua 3. At the fair, in addition to the two launches already presented at the beginning of February – the self-loading vertical feed mixer Profile Automixer 6.1DS and the Eco Ranger 18 m sprayer – Kuhn launches two new products: the Twister Grape, a new sprayer model in the Twister line, and the Self-Transportable Planter, Prime AT.
For Robson Zofoli, Commercial Director at Kuhn, this is another opportunity for the company to be close to its customers and the market at one of the biggest fairs in our country. “We are optimistic about the performance of the segment this year and we expect another excellent fair, showing the investment that Kuhn makes to serve producers even more and better”, he states.
Aimed at crops with a trellis-type driving system and similar, the new Twister model is a spraying machine that adds even more to the line. The Twister Grape has a centrifugal turbine, which contains horizontal drivers, focusing on the aerial part of the crops, especially grapes. Its drivers ensure the best use of the ventilation produced and precise alignment on the target. In total there are eight exits, which offer different working angles. It has the option of partial use in spraying with individual nozzle shutdown. The equipment also has two working speeds and different wind volumes, powered by a lean system, type multiplier box, a transmission completely free of belts, following the same concept as the line, bringing less maintenance, lower torque requirements, shorter time stopped and more productive.
The growth of properties and the system of leasing areas resulted in crops located in different locations or even in nearby cities, thus, the need to transport machines gained strength. What was only a problem for large producers became a reality for medium-sized and even small producers. This is what the Prime AT Self-Transportable Planter solves, with the same quality in planting coarse grains as the entire line of Kuhn planters, a robust transport system, which allows movement between plots to occur quickly, practically and safely. The Prime AT occupies a small space in the property's pavilions, has a system for closing the chassis and the already renowned cutting power of Kuhn machines.
During Expodireto Cotrijal, Kuhn continues to work with MyKuhn, a relationship platform with the end customer in which the farmer has access to all technical documentation for his machine, articles and tips from experts, contact with the nearest resellers, exclusive offers and consultation of parts. Anyone who already has Kuhn equipment can register on the MyKuhn platform at the stand, taking the serial number of their equipment.
