Kubota is showcasing two innovations that reflect the future of digital agriculture at Agritechnica 2025. The first is the Kfast autonomous sprayer, designed for specialty crops such as olives, citrus, and nuts. The second is the M7004 Autonomous tractor, a model that brings full automation to larger farms.
In the case of Kfast, the identified challenge involves labor shortages, high production costs, and strict environmental regulations. The equipment combines a V3800-TIE5 engine, 4x4 drive, all-wheel steering, and AGC navigation technology with RTK GPS and LiDAR.
The tank has a capacity of 2.000 liters, the pump operates at up to 160 l/min and features 26 double nozzles. The H3O technology automatically adjusts the dose based on ultrasonic detection of the trees, reducing inputs by up to 25% and drift by up to 48%. Planning, autonomous execution, and complete recording are managed under a special crop platform.
Regarding the M7004 Autonomous, Kubota positions it as a solution to the shortage of rural workers and to increase productivity with greater precision. The process includes field mapping, task profiling, mission planning via the PAM platform, and fully autonomous execution under remote supervision.
One of the highlighted benefits is allowing an operator to extend their daily working hours. Another advantage is the possibility of using smaller implements and tractors with 150 to 175 hp instead of 250 to 300 hp models.
In addition to these two highlights, both solutions are part of the Kubota ecosystem of connectivity and digital solutions. The strategy aims to promote precision agriculture, reduce environmental impacts, and make production more sustainable and competitive.
