Koppert Brasil starts the year with a change in marketing

Agronomist Renato Miranda took on the role of "head of strategic marketing"

The agronomist Renato Miranda took on the role of "head of strategic marketing" at Koppert Brasil. He has worked for several multinationals, as well as renowned universities.

In the agricultural area, Renato started at the former Novartis, as distribution and market access manager. He was later promoted to product marketing and culture manager. He worked with seed treatment and products for rice and bean crops.

With the merger between Novartis and Astra Zeneca, he remained in marketing for the newly created Syngenta. But in corn, soybean and rice crops. He worked in various activities at the company for more than 20 years. His last position was customer marketing manager. One of his activities involved coordinating marketing strategies and implementing the NK and Nidera brands.

Before joining Koppert, he worked as customer marketing director at SinAgro.

Renato graduated in agronomy from the Federal University of Lavras (UFL). He has taken courses at entities such as Northeastern University, Harvard University, Universität St.Gallen (HSG) and Stanford University, among many others.
