Josi Martins is the new director of People Management at ADAMA Brasil. With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, she has expertise in various disciplines, such as organizational development, change management and coaching.
Throughout her career, she has had a strong role as a strategic Human Resources partner for C-level executives in large companies, including the strategic plan for people in the business and corporate areas, mediation of conflicts between leaders and ensuring the correct application of processes and HR policies.
In his professional life, he worked on implementing digital transformation and leading important culture projects, process reviews, organizational restructuring, performance improvement and executive development.
He also has solid experience in talent acquisition and management, training & development, internal communications, culture, engagement and diversity.
His most recent role was at Qualicorp Consultoria as superintendent of People & Culture. Before that, he worked in large fashion and food retail companies (C & A and Grupo Casino) as a senior Human Resources manager.
Graduated in Psychology from Unicentro Newton Paiva University, in Belo Horizonte (MG), Josi has a master's degree in Psychology from PUC in São Paulo.
