John Deere won, for the fifth time in a row, the "Brand of the Year" award, promoted by the National Federation of Motor Vehicle Distribution (Fenabrave). The delivery ceremony took place at the 28th Congress & ExpoFenabrave, at the Transamérica Expo Center, in São Paulo (SP). In the same category, the Brazilian Association of John Deere Distributors (Assodeere) was placed first as the "Brand Association of the Year", after having won the same title in 2017 and 2016.
Brand of the Year, which is in its tenth edition, counts on voting by dealers from various automotive segments to recognize brands that perform excellent work with their distribution channels in five categories: Cars and Light Commercial Vehicles, Trucks and Buses, Motorcycles, Tractors and Agricultural Machines, and Road Implements. Voting is online and requires the participation of at least 20% of each company's dealers. The winner is whoever has the best average obtained in a brand relationship survey.
"This is a very important award for us, and this sequence of titles is certainly the result of alignment and joint and continuous effort and investment by John Deere and the Dealer Network in improving the sales process, as well as in customer support activities in After-Sales and in the supply of Precision Agriculture mechanisms. Personalized services, availability of parts, assistance and specialized technology are differentiators for John Deere customers, who can take advantage of the maximum potential and performance of their machines, for much longer. This is how, together with the Dealer Network, we transform customers into long-term partners", said Airton Luiz Rohde, financial director for South America at John Deere, who received the trophy this Tuesday- fair.
John Deere has more than 270 dealer locations.
