First public appearance of Chevrolet's 2023 pickup and SUV line takes place at Agrishow, from April 25th to 29th in Ribeirão Preto (SP).
More than a space to announce launches, John Deere transforms the 27th Agrishow into a knowledge hub for producers. Featuring technology-based activations, lectures, debates and shows, the company seeks to offer a complete experience to visitors -- both in person and virtually.
The solutions demonstrated at the fair showcase all of the company's cutting-edge technology, with resources such as machine learning, IoT (Internet of Things) and big data that, when integrated, contribute to greater efficiency and profitability in farming, in a sustainable way. The John Deere booth also highlights the company's connected ecosystem. In this way, technology and connection will be the protagonists of the space.
To give more weight to technology, the company promotes the Startups Station, a networking lounge and generation of shared value for the agribusiness market. “John Deere’s history with young companies is not new. We greatly value the innovation they propose”, comments Marcelo Lopes, John Deere Sales Director for Brazil. “In January this year, we expanded collaboration with AgTech Garage, the largest agribusiness innovation hub in Latin America, and became Innovation Partners. Thus, we promote new open innovation projects and participate in the startup development program”, adds the executive.
Still at Agrishow, the company built the largest John Deere Store in the fair's history. With 200 m², the space will have the entire new line of clothing, such as t-shirts, jackets, caps and boots, as well as miniatures of John Deere machines and utensils, such as backpacks, bottles and mugs.
The company also created the Knowledge Arena with the intention of disseminating content during Agrishow. Between the 25th and 29th of April, experts will take over the stage to address issues related to agribusiness.
In celebration of the two years of the UMA Network, John Deere promotes the lecture “Elas pelo Futuro do Agro” with the participation of nine representatives of the Agro Women's Groups, on Tuesday (26/4), at 15:25 pm.
There will be more than 100 lectures throughout the week with the participation of partners such as AgTech Garage, Cogo and Claro. Every day begins with a panel on the Agro Universe, from climate change to connectivity, going through the stages from planting to harvesting. John Deere experts also address the Grain, Construction and Sugarcane Ecosystem. Furthermore, innovation and sustainability are central themes of the Knowledge Arena, with the support of startups Scicrop, a specialist in big data analytics, and Datafarm, an agronomic intelligence platform that processes and shares soil and climate data.
