John Deere, a global company in the production of forestry equipment and the only one to offer a complete portfolio for forestry, from soil preparation to harvesting, will be present at the eucalyptus industry fair - Show Florestal 2022 -, which will be held between the 24th and May 26 in Três Lagoas, Mato Grosso do Sul.

The company will bring to the event an unprecedented prototype of the Nilgiri 1.0 planter, a true revolution for the forestry market. Through georeferenced planting, with low daily costs, the new equipment comes with autopilot, TimberMatic Maps & TimberManager systems, labor reduction and efficient use of water, all done with remote planning of operations.

In addition to Nilgiri 1.0, anyone visiting the fair will be able to see new products and concepts that are being developed - including the H225E head coupled to the 2144G machine and a room dedicated to the TimberSkills training tool. The head upgrade features improvements in the processing of curved and bent trees with more accurate length measurement, better roll arm cylinder protection, and improvements to variable angle (Vario) feed rolls. These and other improvements guarantee high productivity, in addition to facilitating the producer's service.

At the stand, visitors will also find the Connected Solutions Center, with all of the company's most up-to-date tools and technologies. “A team of experts will be on hand to demonstrate the value of the solutions and how John Deere can help customers become more efficient, reducing losses and improving operations in the field”, comments Rodrigo Barbosa, marketing manager of the John Deere forestry.

The Florestal Show is an important national event that aims to boost the growth of the industrial market for planted forests, promote innovation and generate new business. “For John Deere, being part of this meeting will be an excellent opportunity to be even closer to customers and partners in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. This is a strategic region for the development of eucalyptus as a raw material for the forestry industry and which it houses renowned cellulose industries”, adds the executive.
