John Deere bets on innovation at the 34th Coopavel Rural Show

At the 34th Coopavel Rural Show, John Deere presents innovative and technological solutions focused on increasing productivity, profitability and sustainability. The event will be held in Cascavel (PR) from February 7th to 11th, and John Deere will be present with the exhibition of various equipment that helps producers to be more efficient in their production. The company will be represented at the event by dealers M.A Máquinas, Verde Sul, Ciarama and Veneza Sul (construction equipment).

With a tradition in grain production, farmers in Paraná are currently going through a strong period of drought. Even in difficult times, John Deere brings technological solutions to producers in the region that aim to help optimize the field, reducing losses, reducing expenses, adapting sustainability in the best possible way and enhancing the quality of the grains.

A trend that should be highlighted at the event is the increase in the adoption of technology by Brazilian producers. Marcelo Lopes, Sales Director at John Deere Brazil, highlights how the great performance of a technological ecosystem can enhance food production in the country. “Today, we have 41 Connected Solutions Centers to assist in producer management, making Brazil has the largest concentration of these technology centers in the world. The farmer understands that investing in technology will bring great benefits, such as reducing fuel consumption, optimizing the use of inputs and real-time management of agricultural operations, from planning from planting to harvesting”, explains the executive.

Connectivity and Agriculture 5.0

At the Coopavel 2022 Rural Show, John Deere plans to provide producers across Brazil with connectivity solutions that help develop the infrastructure and connectivity of their farms. The Campo Conectado project, the result of a partnership between John Deere and Claro, will also be discussed at the fair. Campo Conectado aims to effectively bring agriculture 5.0 to the Brazilian countryside. The solution allows the generation, crossing and processing of data through analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence for real-time decision making.

Several machines from the company's agricultural line will be on display at the Coopavel 2022 Rural Show. Those who attend the event will be able to see up close the 5E, 6J, 6M and 8R series tractors, as well as the M4000 self-propelled sprayer, the S400 harvester and the 120J sprayer, from PLA. All customers who already use and demonstrate the quality of John Deere service will be able to take advantage of special conditions for agricultural equipment.

Construction is also Agriculture

To demonstrate the market trend in the use of construction machinery for agricultural activities, the company, through its distributor Veneza Equipamentos Sul, will also take three pieces of equipment to the Show Rural Coopavel: the 524K-II loader, the 310L backhoe loader and the 160G hydraulic excavator. John Deere customers will also be able to take advantage of special conditions at the fair for construction machines.

Operations Center

Regardless of the category of machine they own or purchase, all of the company's producer customers have access to John Deere's intelligent and integrated ecosystem with the Operations Center, a tool that provides live access to data and metrics. In the event of any work quality anomalies or machine health issues, farmers will be notified remotely and can make adjustments to optimize machine performance. Today, there are more than 15 million hectares connected to the Operations Center in Brazil.
