Jacto takes the Arbus 2022 JAV autonomous sprayer to Coopercitrus Expo 4000

Jacto participates between the 25th and 29th of July at Coopercitrus Expo 2022, in Bebedouro (SP). On this occasion, the company will showcase its autonomous spraying solution, the Arbus 4000 JAV.

The equipment has the capacity to perform the spraying service without the need to have an operator working in person at the machine, which reduces the risks of contamination, and is combined with the operational gains possible with the technologies present in the equipment.

The Arbus 4000 JAV is capable of adjusting its settings according to the crop canopy, changing the speed of each of the eight fans that make up the spray tower, adjusting its position in relation to the crop, maintaining the appropriate distance to ensure coverage uniform and reduce losses, and also open and close each of the eight spray segments according to need, considering the size of the crop.

Solutions for planting

Among the highlights of the planting product line is the Meridia 200, a tractorized and self-transportable planter available on the market with 11, 13 and 15 lines.

Developed with advantages for planting, the Meridia is a grain planter with excellent plantability, as well as an efficient straw flow to reduce stops and gain more time available for work with agility in operations.

For tractors with power from 145 hp to 225 hp, the Meridia 200 entered the market in 2020 with models with 11, 13 and 15 rows. Using a vacuum pneumatic system and Precision Planting seed dosers, the machine is focused on serving summer crops such as soybeans, corn and cotton, among others, with great precision.

Complete portfolio for spraying different types of crops

In addition to the autonomous sprayer, the public can check out the self-propelled spraying solutions, such as the exclusive sprayers for sugarcane, Uniport 2030 and Uniport 3030 Canavieiro.

Among the main differentiators of the equipment are the versatility to operate in sugarcane plantations, which is a large crop, with more resistant and robust components, which requires almost triple the number of hours of work compared to other crops. of cereals. The models offer high precision in the application of pesticides and less soil compaction, in addition to a set of pendants for localized application.

The Uniport Family, recognized for bringing solutions with more technology and efficiency, will be represented at the event with the Uniport 2030, Uniport 2530 and Uniport 3030 models. The options serve producers who seek a quality application, with precision, operational performance and savings.

In this edition of Coopercitrus Expo, Jacto also brings to the public models of equipment already consolidated in the tractorized spraying market, such as the Arbus 4000 Tower and Arbus 2000 models, which provide high performance and agility in spraying, in addition to the Arbus 400/725 Café PH kit, equipment prepared for spraying coffee plants and applying herbicides. Also noteworthy is the Jatão 2000, with its versatility and long spray range; and the Condor 800 AM18 Multicontrol, which takes tractor spraying of annual crops to new levels of technology.

Fertilization solutions

The fertilization operation gained agility and precision with technologies to promote good quality distribution and dosage of fertilizers in the soil, with more uniform application and product savings.

During Coopercitrus Expo, Jacto demonstrates the SmartSet technology, which has a mobile version to further assist farmers in adjusting the application range of the Uniport 5030 NPK and Tellus 10.000 NPK fertilizer machines. This activity, previously done manually and through trial and error, required a lot of time and attention for correct adjustment and calibration of the machine.

Among the other new features in the line are Double Variable Rate control, which increases efficiency in the use of inputs and explores the production potential in different management zones; and ISOBUS Communication, a “plug and play” solution for some virtual terminals.

To complete the fertilizer solutions present at the event, Jacto brings the Uniport 3030 NPK self-propelled fertilizer machine, developed especially for localized application of fertilizers in sugarcane crops. The fertilizer machine has a 3.000 kg reservoir and simultaneous application in 10 sugar cane lines.

All technologies also feature multi-brand solutions from OTMIS, Jacto's brand for precision agriculture, which bring real efficiency to agricultural operations and help to use inputs more rationally. They include a light bar, automatic controller for spraying and fertilization sections, electric and hydraulic pilot and GPS receivers that contribute to reducing costs and improving productivity and sustainability in the field.
