Present at Show Rural Coopavel since the first edition of the event, Jacto has prepared major launches for the fair that takes place in Cascavel - PR between the 1st and 5th of February 2016, as well as demonstrations that will allow visitors the possibility of getting to know more closely the latest in pesticide application technology.

Complementing the family of self-propelled sprayers, the company presents two major launches, the Uniport 2530 and the Uniport 4530. “The launches increase the offer to customers and make Jacto's portfolio even more complete. They were developed with performance, economy and technology in mind, which are very important factors for the performance of work in the field", explains Marcus Portari, product manager for the line of self-propelled sprayers and fertilizer machines.

In the line of tractorized sprayers, the highlight is the New Condor 800 Am-18. New application nozzles and the new version of the Otmis Maps Telemetry System for Precision Agriculture, as well as the Otmisnet Mobile version will also be presented exclusively at the event.

Check out Jacto’s highlights:

Uniport 2530 and Uniport 4530 launch: Jacto reinforces its tradition and innovation in spraying with the launch of two new models in its family of self-propelled sprayers: the Uniport 4530 and the Uniport 2530. The Uniport 4530 model has a 4500 liter reservoir and 36 meter spray bars. It is the first machine of this size in Brazil. Its weight, with empty tanks, is just 10.500 kg and has excellent operational performance, spraying up to 80 hectares per hour. When compared to equipment that has a 3000 liter reservoir and 30 meter bars, the Uniport 4530 presents an increase in operational performance by up to 30% and a reduction in crushing by up to 17%. Fuel consumption of 0,40 to 0,70 L/ha is up to 35% lower when compared to other machines on the market. Highlight is the new UNITRACK® 4-wheel directional system, which allows faster and more precise maneuvers with a smaller turning radius. With an innovative solution, the system also reduces crushing during maneuvering by up to 40%. The working height of the bars of 2,75 meters, together with the adjustable free span of 1,55 to 1,75 meters, allows greater availability of use in all phases of crop development. It allows spraying at up to 35 km/h and travels at speeds of up to 55 km/h and features onboard technologies from the Otmis line, such as Automatic Nozzle-to-Nozzle Controller, Hydraulic Autopilot and RTX Signal Correction. It can also be equipped with RTK Signal Correction, Humidity and Temperature Sensor, Rear Camera and Otmis Maps Telemetry.

The Uniport 2530 was formatted to work in the most diverse terrain conditions, spraying on slopes of up to 30%. It is a light machine, with power and low fuel consumption. It has a 2500 liter reservoir and 30 meter bar. The fixed free span is 1,60 meters. The chassis has high flexibility and resistance for the most diverse terrain conditions. The cabin has excellent visual amplitude, with air conditioning and a pneumatic suspension seat.

The spraying system features 30 meter booms, 35 or 50 cm spacing, quadrijet nozzle holder, 2500 liter reservoir, JP 150 piston pump with maximum capacity of 190 L/min, electronically controlled, 8-way electronic Masterflow control , agrochemical incorporator, mechanical stirrer with rotation control, PPE port, 300 liter water tank for cleaning. Allows spraying at up to 25 km/h and traveling at speeds of up to 40 km/h. The Uniport 2530 also features embedded technologies from the Otmis line.

New Condor 800 AM –18 – the traditional family of Condor sprayers expands its product line with the launch of the new Condor 800 AM –18. Its 18-meter booms with hydraulic drive provide high operational capacity, being 17% faster in the same time to cover the operating area and reduce crop crushing losses by up to 22%.

New nozzle families - The new Nozzle Families are part of a broad and versatile portfolio, available to assist farmers with effective and economical solutions that address the most diverse phytosanitary problems. Highlight for the JFC – CONE CHEIO, one of the most anticipated nozzle models in recent years was developed for applications in boom sprayers with nozzles spaced at 0,35m and 0,50m, providing excellent distribution and excellent deposition of agrochemicals in the lower third of plants (Baixeiro). This nozzle option is recommended for applications in areas of high leaf density. Other nozzle options presented include JTT, JGC and JGT.

3D pesticide application evaluation room: The technologies, functionalities and recommendations of each spray nozzle will be demonstrated at the Jacto stand at the Show Rural Coopavel in an environment specially formatted for the fair. The space is new and aims to demonstrate, through 3D evaluation, the influence of different application variables and their respective impacts on the quality of phytosanitary treatments.

The 3D evaluation concept uses the plant itself for evaluation, unlike better-known methods such as the use of water-sensitive paper, an existing technology. Thus, incorporating an inert photocontrast, which reacts with a special black light lamp, it shows how each type of nozzle and droplet size behaves during the application of the agrochemical.

Precision agriculture: Otmis – the exclusive Jacto brand for Precision Agriculture – presents exclusively at the Rural Coopavel Show a new version of the Otmis Maps Telemetry system. Among the many possibilities of this powerful tool, we highlight the certification of the application of agrochemicals as scheduled, in the desired application volume and also checking whether the climatic conditions were adequate, such as temperature and relative humidity at the time of application. Among other aspects, the tool allows you to calculate agrochemical waste due to overlapping and it is possible to know exactly the operational performance of each sprayer working in the field. Every 5 seconds, the Otmis Maps Telemetry system records the working conditions and movement of the Uniport 3030 sprayer, sending them to a server where the customer has exclusive access, from wherever they are, via the Internet. Another new feature is the Otmisnet Mobile version for smartphones on the Android platform, with online monitoring (telemetry) and operational indicators. The Otmisnet Mobile service is an application that can be used by Jacto customers to monitor the work of Uniport 3030 machines in real time, providing information, alerts and indicators that can contribute to improving operational management.

I'm Going with Jacto Institutional Campaign - Jacto brings as inspiration for the actions that will permeate its institutional communication activities throughout 2016 the theme “I'm going with Jacto', proposing a reflection on the need for collective and collaborative actions to face global changes in all areas, especially those that directly impact the environment and agriculture.

The subject will be the guiding principle of Jacto's communication actions and will be present in promotional materials, website and social media and is very closely related to the experience of the company's values. The motivation for the campaign is based on the principle that man has become aware that, in order to keep up with profound global changes and overcome adversity, he must act collectively towards a more collaborative future. In this way, collective thinking and unity should prevail over individualism.
