The solutions brought to AgroBrasília 2019 by Jacto seek to meet the demands of small to large producers with a focus on managing resources and results. Check out all the highlights of machines and solutions that will be presented at the fair below:

Uniport 3030 ElectroVortex

One of the highlights is the new Uniport 3030 EletroVortex self-propelled sprayer. The technology combines air assistance in the spray bars with electrostatic charging of the droplets. The system allows the pesticide to reach the lower parts of the crop, improving deposition on both the upper and lower sides of the leaves, contributing to a superior quality of application, with reduced volumes, reducing waste and environmental impact.

Larger spray booms

The Uniport 4530 and Uniport 2530 equipment have larger bar versions, which provide superior operational performance and reduced losses due to crushing. In the Uniport 4530, the 42-meter hybrid spray boom concept was developed in steel and carbon fiber, enabling up to 12,5% greater operational efficiency. For the Uniport 2530 model, also self-propelled, the new 36 meter boom option provides an increase in operational performance of up to 15%

12-section automatic control

It is Jacto's new technological difference for broadcast fertilization. Exclusive in Brazil, the tool expands the solutions available for the machine portfolio, integrating the technological differences of the Uniport 5030 NPK self-propelled fertilizer machine and the Tellus 10.000 NPK tractor fertilizer machine. The tool allows the segmentation of the application range into up to 12 sections, controlled automatically. This is a system that brings an important reduction in fertilizer costs to the fertilization operation, which can reach 15%, representing savings for the farmer and greater environmental protection.

Technology for small and medium producers

Offer more technology to small and medium producers, at an affordable cost and enabling efficiency and productivity. This is a constant challenge for Jacto, which presents a new application system concept for the tractorized sprayer line. The system has technologies similar to those already existing in self-propelled sprayers, in addition to solutions from Otmis, a Jacto brand for Precision Agriculture, with the Omni 700 set, which combines the main functions of precision agriculture that will also provide increased comfort, safety and practicality of operations, as it integrates all resources into a single touch screen display, with easy access inside the tractor cabin.

Portable Equipment

Jacto presents at the event the first backpack sprayer and doser in the world with the possibility of connecting via Bluetooth and being controlled via a cell phone. The Jacto DJB-20s expands the company's offer in battery-powered backpack sprayers and dosers, combining comfort and safety, more precise application, greater working autonomy and increased operating time.

Also noteworthy is the launch of the Jacto PJA-18 backpack sprayer, battery-powered and with air assistance. The equipment was developed for crops with high leaf density, increasing application efficiency by up to 60%, reducing the application volume.

For fertilization, the company launches two models of granule distributors, the Jacto GW-55 and the Jacto GP-3. Available in two size and delivery options, the new products distribute solid granules homogeneously and feature a dose control system.

A line of manual pruning shears will be launched, with 4 different models: Jacto PS-20 pruning shears, Jacto PS-30 pruning shears and Jacto PS-10 and PS-11 models harvesting shears.

New spray nozzles

Expanding the portfolio of spray nozzles, Jacto presents two new models: Jacto JCI and Jacto JMI. Made with highly wear-resistant ceramic. The Jacto JCI and Jacto JMI nozzles were developed to increase spray coverage on more difficult targets and a wide application range.

Historical milestone - 40 years of the first coffee harvester and 30 years of the first Uniport self-propelled sprayer

The first coffee harvester produced in the world was developed with Brazilian technologies and research. K3, launched by Jacto in 1979, celebrates 40 years in 2019 and reinforces the company's spirit and the search for solutions that contribute to the development of rural producers and agriculture as a whole. Also in 2019, the company celebrates the 30th anniversary of the first Uniport self-propelled sprayer, which inaugurated a new parameter for the segment and which today gives its name to the family of spraying and fertilizing equipment.
