With a focus on developing spraying technologies and solutions, Jacto expands the offering in its nozzle portfolio with the launch of the new family of Jacto JIC nozzles (Jacto Inclined Ceramic / Jacto Inclinado Cerâmica).

Ideal for applying insecticide and fungicide contact products, the JIC is made of high-resistance ceramic, which gives the component durability. The nozzle is available in six flow rates, which suits different customer profiles who need to use different application rates. The standard flat fan jet format of 110° and an inclination angle of 35° provides greater product deposition on the target, with excellent coverage performance.

“Crop protection and adequate fertilization are fundamental to guarantee productivity and, therefore, spraying is considered one of the most important processes in agriculture. And the nozzles in turn have the function of providing the correct placement of the product on the target through flow, projection angle and droplet size”, comments Daniel Petrelli, specialist in Application Technologies at Jacto.

Another difference with JIC nozzles is that they can be used with PWM Technology, which allows for even more uniform spraying, maintaining droplet size even with variations in machine speed. Integrated into the nozzle-to-nozzle system, this technology automatically manages the operation, only being activated when necessary, further improving spraying performance.

The JIC Nozzle family is being presented during the 45th edition of Expointer, at the Jacto stand.
