JCB announces changes to sales and marketing management

Carlos França took over as director for Latin America

JCB, a British multinational and one of the world leaders in construction and agricultural machinery, announces Carlos France (pictured) as the new Director of Sales and Marketing for Latin America.

With over 20 years of experience in the sector, França has extensive experience acquired in several strategic positions within the CNH group. He holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing from Fundação Dom Cabral, with expertise in the areas of sales, product development, brand strategy and expansion of distributor networks.

“It is a great pleasure to join the JCB team and contribute to this important moment of strong growth for the brand in Latin America, given the recent announcements of investments in the modernization of the factory in Sorocaba/SP, the launch of new products and the expansion of the distributor network. We will work together to consolidate JCB’s prominent position in the region,” said Carlos França.
