Current and future solutions for agriculture must combine technologies to increase productivity, reduce costs and pay attention to sustainability. The focus is to provide and update techniques capable of optimizing production and ensuring greater efficiency and profitability for rural producers, contributing to more rational management in the field.

These are the characteristics of Jacto's products and services at the 42nd Expointer, which takes place in Esteio (RS) from August 24th to September 01st.

“Enabling efficiency and productivity, in addition to seeking to reduce environmental impacts, is an alignment for all our products, from small to large producers. We also work with attention to the digital scenario so that agriculture can benefit from technologies in this environment. Therefore, we are supporting and composing initiatives and projects that can effectively bring connectivity to rural people. This is a real demand and building partnerships will contribute to a stronger ecosystem”, says Fernando Gonçalves, President of Jacto.

For the event, Jacto will be in a new space, suitable for demonstrating technologies and serving farmers and the entire public present.

Check out all of Jacto’s highlights at Expointer 2019 below:

Uniport 3030 EletroVortex: the new self-propelled sprayer features exclusive technology that combines air assistance in the spray bars with electrostatic charging of the droplets. The system allows the pesticide to reach the lower parts of the crops, improving deposition on both the upper and lower sides of the leaves, contributing to a superior quality of application, reducing volumes, minimizing waste and increasing environmental protection. Among the main benefits of the Uniport 3030 Eletro Vortex:

Greater operational income: EletroVortex technology allows spray droplets to reach the target more efficiently. This allows the machine to be less susceptible to downtime due to weather variations. The result is a larger application window during the working day, increasing the sprayer's operational performance. Fewer fueling stops also mean greater operational efficiency, with a yield gain of up to 35%.

+ Potential to reduce applications: The quality of sprays with EletroVortex technology has the potential to reduce the number of applications during the crop cycle. With better applications, it is possible, through the monitoring of a specialist, to recommend reducing the number of re-entries to control pests and/or diseases.

+ Increased productivity: As a result of superior quality applications throughout the crop cycle, there is greater potential for increased productivity of the harvested area.

Larger spray booms:  Uniport 4530 and Uniport 2530 equipment gained larger bar versions, which provide superior operational performance and reduced crushing losses. In the Uniport 4530, the 42-meter hybrid spray boom concept was developed in steel and carbon fiber, enabling up to 12,5% greater operational efficiency. For the Uniport 2530 model, also self-propelled, the new 36 meter boom option provides an increase in operational performance of up to 15%.

12-section automatic control: It is Jacto's new technological difference for broadcast fertilization. Exclusive in Brazil, the tool expands the technological differences of the Uniport 5030 NPK self-propelled fertilizer machine and the Tellus 10.000 NPK tractor fertilizer machine. The control allows the segmentation of the application range into up to 12 sections, controlled automatically. It is an innovative system that brings an important reduction in fertilizer costs to the fertilization operation, which can reach 15%, representing savings for the farmer and greater environmental protection.

Concept technology for small and medium producers: offering more technology to small and medium producers, at an affordable cost and enabling efficiency and productivity. This is a constant challenge for Jacto, which presents a new application system concept for the tractorized sprayer line. The system has technologies similar to those already present in self-propelled sprayers, in addition to Otmis solutions, such as the Omni 700 set, which combines the main functions of precision agriculture and which also enable increased comfort, safety and practicality of operations, a as it integrates all features into a single touch screen display, with easy access inside the tractor cabin.

OtmisNET Solution: OtmisNET telemetry technology has the distinction of being multi-brand and can be used for planting, spraying, fertilizing, harvesting and soil preparation, regardless of the machine manufacturer. Thus, the rural producer or agricultural manager monitors the entire production process in real time, facilitating decision-making.

Portable Equipment: Jacto presents the backpack sprayer and doser with the possibility of connecting via Bluetooth and being controlled via a cell phone. The Jacto DJB-20s expands the company's offer in battery-powered backpack sprayers and dosers, combining comfort and safety, more precise application, greater working autonomy and increased operating time. For fertilization, the company presents Jacto GP-3, a homogeneous distributor of solid granules and which has a dose control system. For pruning, the highlight is the new line of manual shears, with 4 different models: Jacto PS-20 pruning shears, Jacto PS-30 pruning shears and Jacto PS-10 and PS-11 models harvesting shears.

Mega contemplation Consortium Nacional Jacto: the Jacto National Consortium presents the mega contemplation, a special condition for the Jacto tractorized sprayer line, only in the 12-month plan with automatic contemplation, without the need to participate in the draw or bid assemblies.

Historical milestone - 40 years of the first coffee harvester and 30 years of the first Uniport self-propelled sprayer: The first coffee harvester produced in the world was developed with Brazilian technologies and research. K3, launched by Jacto in 1979, celebrates 40 years in 2019 and reinforces the company's innovative spirit and the search for solutions that contribute to the development of rural producers and agriculture as a whole. Also in 2019, the company, recognized as a spraying specialist, celebrates the 30th anniversary of the first Uniport, a self-propelled sprayer that introduced a new parameter for the segment and which today gives its name to the family of spraying and fertilizing equipment.
