Provisional Measure puts an end to the deadline for the Rural Environmental Registry
The change is contained in Provisional Measure 884/19, which was published this Friday (14) in the Official Gazette of the Union
Jacto participates in the 25th edition of Hortitec presenting several new features for the protected crops segment. The main highlight for this year is the Jacto PJA-18 knapsack sprayer, battery-powered and air-assisted.
Developed for crops with medium to high leaf density, it is a sprayer that applies insecticides, fungicides, as well as biological control products and foliar fertilizers. It has the exclusive Jacto Flow Control system, a technology that makes it possible to reach the underside of the leaves and the inside of the plants through the transport of drops by an air jet.
This system allows you to independently control the droplet size, spray flow and air speed, allowing fully personalized and specific adjustments for each need, which appear on an LCD display.
“Our main objective with the Jacto PJA-18 is to allow rural producers to more efficiently spray difficult targets, considerably reducing input waste. Our tests show that it is possible to increase application efficiency by up to 66%, reducing the spray volume by up to 658 L/ha when applying contact products to adult tomatoes in protected cultivation”, explains Iago Reis de Oliveira, product specialist of Jacto's portable products unit.
Backpack sprayer connected to your cell phone generates management reports
Another novelty that will be presented to the Hortitec public is the Jacto DJB-20S, the first backpack sprayer and doser in the world with the possibility of connecting via Bluetooth and being controlled via a cell phone. One of the product's differentiators is the management report generated at the end of the working day.
“Throughout the operation, the equipment records information on the number of doses and total volume applied, generating a report that can be shared in the future with companies that will buy your product, especially in the case of export, as well as to facilitate certification in front of certifying bodies and their inspections”, explains Iago.
When connected to a cell phone with GPS location enabled, the Jacto DJB-20S generates an operational map of the application performed at the end of the day. If one dose is used for each plant, it is possible to count the number of plants in an area and recognize mortality points. With this report it is possible to improve production management and predict total production at the end of the harvest, for example, in addition to controlling pest infestation such as invasive plants, as well as better operator management.
Also new in fertilization and pruning
For fertilization, the company launches two models of granule distributors, the Jacto GW-55 and the Jacto GP-3. Available in two size and delivery options, the new products distribute solid granules homogeneously and feature an application volume control system.
The new line of manual pruning shears will also be presented, with 4 different models: Jacto PS-20 pruning shears, Jacto PS-30 pruning shears and Jacto PS-10 and PS-11 harvesting shears.
