Inspiring socio-environmental actions and sustainable projects that are transforming the reality of the countryside are themes of the special Series #AgroqueInspira, a Jacto initiative whose protagonists are partners, customers and suppliers in the agribusiness chain.
The first episode is already on air and presents the practices of Grupo Bom Futuro, which are self-sustainable and impact the entire community that surrounds Fazenda Santo Antônio, in Campo Verde-MT and also on the Group's other farms.
"Bom Futuro combines knowledge, technologies, respect for nature and a lot of work to encourage education and sustainable productivity in Brazilian agribusiness. Having contact with this environment, telling this story is really motivating and we want to inspire changes in behavior, review habits of consumption and processes based on these operating models that are references for agriculture", comments Wanderson Tosta, Marketing Director at Jacto.
Through creative and motivating projects, such as "Separô" and "Sementes do Futuro", Bom Futuro takes care of the soil, solid waste produced in agriculture and the entire community that surrounds Fazenda Santo Antônio, generating development and countless opportunities for hundreds of people. Through Separô, all types of waste (plastic, paper, glass, etc.) are sold to generate income and finance projects maintained by Bom Futuro.
"Looking at sustainability means looking at all aspects of the business. And agribusiness, in general, has woken up to this. There is an important cultural change taking place" comments Leonardo Rossato, Administrative Director and Shared Services at Grupo Bom Futuro.
