Jacto announced this Wednesday (19) its entry into different markets, such as grain planting and sugarcane harvesting, with the launch of several products for these sectors, as well as new equipment for the brand's traditional segments, such as spraying and precision agriculture. . According to Jacto's CEO, Fernando Gonçalvez, entering new market segments is part of the company's growth strategies. “It means creating new product lines, entering new markets and advancing abroad. That’s exactly what we’re doing,” he explains. According to the executive, innovations must be based on new premises, such as digitalization, efficiency and productivity in the field, production traceability and attention to an increasingly active consumer engaged in sustainable practices and actions. “Therefore, constant innovation is a decisive factor for the farmer, the center of the production chain, to produce more and better”, he states.

In total, there were six launches: the Hover 500 sugarcane harvester, the Arbus 4000 JAV autonomous sprayer, the Lumina 400 and Meridia 200 planters, the Uniport Planter 500 self-propelled planter and the Jacto Connect digital ecosystem.

HOVER 500

Jacto's sugarcane harvester, Hover 500, has a 470 hp engine, two harvesting lines, with 16-inch wide mats that fit into the sugarcane planting spacing, traveling alternately between the rows. "The Hover 500 has the capacity to harvest at the same speed as current single-line machines, making it possible to harvest twice as much cane in the same period", explains Jacto's business manager, Adilson Bazucco. “By harvesting two lines simultaneously, there is a potential reduction of up to 35% in the consumption of liters of fuel per ton of sugarcane harvested”, says Bazucco.

The harvesting platform is connected to the machine structure and makes it possible to follow the lateral slope of the land, with a closer cut to the ground, minimizing uprooting and damage to the ratoons. It has a wider lift, with a robust swivel and lift system. The cabin with access from both sides of the machine.

ARBUS 4000 JAV

Another launch was the third generation of Jacto's autonomous vehicle. With Otmis technology, the ARBUS 4000 JAV makes it possible to control the machine in operation on the farm using a tablet or from any remote point on the farm. It has automatic obstacle management so that, when it finds something on the path, it automatically informs operations control to make a decision on the action to be taken. A laser scanning system evaluates the plant's leaf mass, can identify the size and proportion of the plant, as well as where there is green mass, positioning the fans appropriately so that the product is applied to the target.

This information serves as input for controlling the spraying system, which, through an individual set of valves integrated into the multi-fan system, works independently via electric motors. The set allows spraying of differentiated quality with intelligent section cutting, delivering the exact amount of product and ideal air volume to each part of the plant, thus avoiding product and energy waste.

The Arbus 4000 JAV has autonomous control of operations, with remote monitoring and interactive control of the vehicle through a console that can be held in the fleet manager's hand. The technology allows you to work with more than one vehicle at the same time, with the train function and virtual alignment of the machines. In terms of design, the equipment is modern and compact, without surfaces that could cause damage to fruits and parts of the plant.

The ARBUS 4000 JAV comes with 4x4 independent hydrostatic drive, four-wheel independent suspension and steering and a 4000-liter reservoir. All the technology in this autonomous sprayer was developed by Jacto.

PLANTING LINE

Jacto is also entering the seeder market, with three planting lines. These are products that will suit different sizes of properties, as options range from 11 lines to 61 lines, depending on the model. The main novelty in this segment is, without a doubt, the Uniport Planter 500, an innovative project for an exclusive planting machine.

UNIPORT PLANTER 500

The Uniport Planter 500 is a self-propelled planter - traction and planting set in a single machine. It is the first self-propelled and hybrid planter in Brazil. It has a 470 hp hybrid diesel and electric engine, and independent four-wheel traction control. It has a high production capacity, with a central seed reservoir with 8,7 thousand liters and capacity for 49 to 61 planting lines. It has a hybrid transmission with independent motors on each wheel, five articulated and independent sections, a bushing reduction system and an independent “down force” system, responsible for maintaining the pressure of the planting lines on the ground in a constant and programmed manner.

An intelligent steering system allows programmed maneuvers at headlands, automatically lifting the planting system and placing it back on the path. The cabin with independent suspension was designed for planting operations with all the technologies in the Otmis line.

MERIDIA 200

The Meridia 200 can be configured from 11 to 23 planting lines, in three different sections. It has Precision Planting dosers and a constant force system in the planting line defined before the start of the operation according to the type of soil.

LUMINA 400

The self-transportable planter can be configured for 29, 33 or 37 planting lines, in addition to 37 lines of seeds and fertilizers, up to 71 lines with seeds only. It has an 8,7 thousand liter input reservoir. When configured with only seeds, a single supply covers an entire planting day. The supply points are located in the center of the planter. The reservoir makes it possible to use seeds and fertilizers or just one of the products. Closing the planter into transport mode can be done automatically in 90 seconds and leaves the machine with a width of just 3,20m.

CONECT DIGITAL SYSTEM

Digital Conect System is an ecosystem that concentrates all information and connections between machines in the field, people, resellers and the factory. “We need to unite the machines that are in the field with people, whether they are producers, operators, farm managers or Jacto resellers", explains new business manager, Guilherme Panes. The digital system works at several points of sale and enables direct diagnosis from the factory, with a multifunctional team that provides support to farmers and resellers, explains Fernando.

Customer service modules, product information bank, farm chat, operations management, dealer locator, training, agricultural tools and machinery classifieds are now available on the market.
