2020 begins with weakened wheat prices in RS and SC
Mill agents in these regions indicate that they are supplied and have no interest in acquisitions in the short term
Opening the 2020 agricultural calendar, from January 22nd to 24th, in Maracaju, another edition of Showtec, the biggest agricultural event in Mato Grosso do Sul. The fair, which will present the main tools for the sector, already has more than 120 confirmed exhibitors. One of the participating companies will be J.Assy, a specialist in technological solutions for planting.
On this occasion, visitors will be able to see the Selenium pneumatic doser up close, a product with 100% Brazilian technology, adopted by the country's main implement manufacturers. The tool is very efficient in distributing seeds, as it has a kit for each crop, without the need for adjustment.
Another highlight will be the Visum wireless fertilizer sensor. The system monitors the input flow and alerts you to blockages and failures. One of its differences is the raw material used in the product, which eliminates the risk of crusting and corrosion.
Totally wireless, the information recorded by the Visum Adubo sensors is displayed through the monitor, fixed in the tractor cabin, with capacity for 99 lines.
“Selenium and Visum Adubo are two solutions with great potential for Mato Grosso do Sul, we have already had excellent sales volumes at the beginning. As it is a State where in most cases, fertilizer is applied in the furrow, Visum Adubo becomes an indispensable technology for farmers who want productivity. Regarding seed distribution, Selenium came to change what we had until then in Brazil. A robust product with high simplicity in handling, completely without regulation and with the best efficiency in distribution when planting soybeans, which is our main crop”, says Wellington Casati, sales coordinator.
During the event, the company will have its own stand and J.Assy products will also be in the spaces of partner manufacturers. “Every day, we will have a dedicated team for the event, our regional sales representative and the after-sales team will be there to present the technologies, answer questions and do business”, highlights Wellington.
Showtec 2020's main objective is to unite the most relevant technologies and information for agriculture in one place, in a direct and applicable way to rural producers and Brazilian agricultural agents, mainly in the Central-West region.
The technical program of the event, through lectures and debates, addresses relevant topics with an impact on agriculture. Over the three days of the event, more than 16 thousand visitors are expected. “This will be our 2nd consecutive year at the fair. We will have a stand in the covered pavilion, where the main precision agriculture companies are concentrated”, says Danilo Felix, marketing coordinator.
For 2020, the organization made a modification to the area and now there will only be one covered pavilion. “This move to a single space makes visiting much easier for customers. We are very excited for this edition. Another important point is the organization, the MS Foundation takes care of everything so that visitors can make the most of the event, improving their knowledge of the sector and discovering new products”, concludes Danilo.
