Ipiranga increases participation in the "Açailândia Pool"

Ipiranga Produtos de Petróleo S.A. is in the process of acquiring a larger share in the so-called "Açailândia Pool", in Maranhão. Holding 25% of the possessory rights over property and 48,05% of the equipment in the pool, it will now have an additional 25% of the possessory rights over property and an additional 11,55% of the equipment. The seller is Vibra Energia S.A.

The "pool" is a shared basis for receiving, storing and shipping petroleum products and biofuels. It is operated jointly by Vibra, Ipiranga, Petróleo Sabbá S.A. and Raízen S.A.
