The process of implementing a grain crop demands the intense use of agricultural machines of all types in the areas that will be used for planting. And all this traffic ends up causing soil compaction. Even if the producer uses the direct planting, at some point it will be necessary to loosen the soil to maintain production rates.

To serve this segment, Ipacol Agricultural Machines launches at Agrishow 2022, the scarifiers Astrus EHP 350 and 500 hydropneumatics.

The manager of Product Development, Carlos Antoniolli, explains that these implements are robust, for medium to large producers, available in versions with 4 to 16 rods with automatic disarming/resetting, hydropneumatic system and lateral displacement that allows operation at a depth from 0 to 35 cm and larger version from 0 to 50 cm. The scarifiers bring as benefit the root deepening of the plant, increasing soil aeration by accumulating rainwater maintaining moisture underground and helping the plant to periods of water restrictions. “It also breaks down the deeper layers without revolving the soil surface significantly reduces erosion losses and still keeps the straw on the surface without disrupting the organic layer”, details

Antoniolli explains that the development of this equipment came about through a request from customers who demanded a product modern, with technologies that are not yet found on the market. "So We did research in several regions to see which items would best suit our needs. these needs and we arrived at what we are offering today to farmers”, declares Antoniolli. The scarifier is also a novelty in the portfolio of Ipacol, a company that has always operated in the segment of equipment for animal care. “Agriculture and livestock are coming together more and more and that's why we bring solutions that serve both agribusiness sectors”, he concludes.

Grooming wagons

Another novelty in Ipacol's portfolio are the new vertical mixing treatment wagons, new series of 2, 3,5 and 6 m³ with new electronic loading and weighing system. The Wagons Tratomix Vertical Forage Mixers offer fast loading, with low power required, excellent load capacity, smooth desiling and precise, preservation of the food structure, excellent and consistent quality mixing, uniform and rapid lateral discharge and total management of operations.

Loader
