Integrated Cooperativa Agroindustrial has once again achieved a prominent place among the Best Companies to Work for in Paraná.
The announcement was made during a ceremony held in Curitiba, at Espaço UP Expo, on the night of November 16th, with the presence of Integrated General Superintendent, Haroldo Polizel, and Human Resources Manager, Tatiana Piccolo Rumiato.
For the fourth consecutive year, Integrada appears in the ranking. In this edition it reached 11th position in the Large Companies category, consolidating its commitment to producing food for the world, valuing its members, collaborators and implementing the ESG agenda in business management.
1001 employees were invited to respond to questionnaires prepared by GPTW, which included assessments on credibility, respect, impartiality, pride and camaraderie. The survey was administered between May 16th and 30th, 2022, reaching an average of 81% satisfaction, maintaining the same rate as in 2021.
For Integrada's CEO, Jorge Hashimoto, being among the best companies to work for is a reflection of the effort of the entire team. “We thank all employees who took the time to participate in the research, contributing their opinions. We have a team that works with commitment and dedication to the growth of the cooperative, generating value for our members, customers, partners and the community”, said Hashimoto.
The General Superintendent of Integrada, Haroldo Polizel, considers carrying out the research to be essential. “It is very important for us, as it is the cooperative's way of listening to employees and thus calibrating the best actions to improve relationships in our work environment”, explains Polizel.
This year, 110 companies were recognized as the best to work for in Paraná, among the more than 300 registered, divided into the categories of 30 to 99 employees (20 registered), from 100 to 999 employees (70 registered) and over 1000 employees (20 registered).
