On December 06, 1995, the story of Integrada began in Londrina, a cooperative founded by rural producers who, despite the economic adversities of the time, did not give up on hard work, perseverance and joining forces.
It is no coincidence that today, as it turns 27 years old, the Integrated Cooperativa Agroindustrial is recognized as one of the biggest and best in the country.
In 2022, Integrada, for the fourth year, appeared in the GPTW ranking – Great Place to Work – reaching 11th position in the Large Companies category.
The Annual Report of Época Negócios Magazine 2022 - 360° Analysis, classified Integrada among the largest in agriculture: 14th position in Brazil, among the 34 companies participating in the analysis in 2022. The big highlight was Integrada's placement in the Innovation segment. The cooperative, which operates in Paraná and São Paulo, ranked 4th in Innovation, establishing itself in digital transformation in the field.
For the third year, Integrada is also featured in Revista Ajante, among the winners of the “500 Biggest in the South”. In the survey carried out by PwC, one of the largest consulting and auditing multinationals in the world, the Cooperative was listed in 50th place, in the special categories of Net Revenue and Net Equity.
The ranking also classified the 100 Largest in Paraná, with Integrada listing among the 18 largest companies operating in the State. In 2019, the cooperative was in 20th position, and in 2020, in 19th position.
In the Valor 1000 survey, by Valor Econômico magazine, it ranked 7th among Paraná Cooperatives in the agricultural sector. And of the 83 companies in Paraná from different sectors of the economy, analyzed by the research, Integrada is in 14th place.
As the leader on the classification podium in Londrina, Integrada reached revenues of R$2021 billion in 5,9. This year, revenue is expected to surpass the R$8 billion mark, anticipating strategic planning results scheduled for 2025.

Our identity gained prominence with a sign present in all Integrada units, reinforcing the guidelines that move us towards growth, productivity, profitability and sustainability.
To celebrate almost three decades of cooperativism, Integrada welcomed members, business partners and employees to an ecumenical celebration. Each of the 15 regional offices and the Headquarters held the tribute in the early morning hours of December 6th.
In Londrina, the opening of the ceremony was carried out by the member and coordinator of the Londrina nucleus, Ricardo Amano. “I remember being here at Integrada with my father, when I was still a child, celebrating dates like this. Today I am proud to continue this dedicated work, contributing to the growth of the cooperative. Congratulations to everyone who is part of this story”, highlighted Ricardo Amano.
Integrada's CEO, Jorge Hashimoto, read the 2022 Board of Directors' Message, a retrospective of the year's events and achievements.
“We have reached 27 years, leading development and generating value for our members, collaborators, partners and the entire community. We celebrate our anniversary, giving thanks for the achievements and challenges overcome, always looking to the future. May the next year be one of good harvests, with prosperity for the members and the cooperative”, highlighted Hashimoto.
During the celebration, deacon Val Reginaldo, from the Santo Antônio Parish, read a biblical passage, congratulated the Integrada and blessed everyone present. At the end, the traditional toast was made with the expression “Banzai”, which means “ten thousand years”, celebrating long life and prosperity.
Integrated Cooperativa Agroindustrial, based in Londrina (PR), completed 6 years of operation on December 27th. It currently has more than 12 thousand members and more than 2000 employees, being recognized as one of the 10 largest agro-industrial cooperatives in Brazil.
Operating in Paraná and São Paulo, Integrada is made up of 15 regional offices and 65 grain receiving units in the main producing regions. It stands out in the services segment, with excellent technical assistance and commodity sales.
The cooperative adds value to the raw materials produced by members, in three agro-industries (orange juice, corn and animal nutrition). It exports products to five continents. In addition to participating in retail with Coperatto coffee, a wide range of pet foods, five agricultural machinery stores and 41 agricultural input stores.
In its business, it also has the brokerage Integrada Seguros, which began operations in January 2021, with solutions to protect lives, families, assets and businesses.
Integrada is a young cooperative that, with the strength of the union, exceeded R$5 billion in revenue in 2021.
