EPAMIG's MGS Paraíso 2 is among the most demanded cultivars for crop renewal
The Platform Intacta 2 Xtend, in partnership with DOT digital group and education startup Agro Academy, will launch a free online educational program for machine operators and rural producers across the country. The "Pulverization Operation" course has the aim of training more than 10 thousand professionals by the end of this year, teaching about good agricultural practices for the use of Bayer's third generation of biotechnology in soybeans for the 21/22 harvest. Interested parties can register for free via the website: https://bit.ly/i2x-operacao-pulverizacao.
During classes, professionals will be able to clarify doubts about the use of PPE (personal protective equipment) and the benefits of the Intacta 2 Xtend Platform. The content will be made available in the format of short videos, images and podcasts to facilitate access and the learning process. The material was recorded with producers who have already tested the technology and will be available for consultation after completing the course. "We want to democratize education and access to our training, transforming technical training into a web series, with language adapted to our target audience. It's not just the quality of the product, but also the support of a highly qualified team, the result of work with experts, industry and the sector to obtain the best recommendations for the entire production chain", reinforces the Technical Launch Manager of the Intacta 2 Xtend Platform, Barbara Tagliari.
According to the CEO and founder of Agro Academy, Rodrigo Loncarovich, responsible for developing the course content for the tool, the classes will help interested professionals quickly and practically. "We were born with the mission of ensuring that great experts and agribusiness companies can bring high-quality content to the hands of each rural worker. Without a doubt, this content, which we created together with Bayer, will take the farmer to a highest level of efficiency and productivity", says Loncarovich
To help participants have a better understanding of the training, Bayer will conduct classes in an innovative way: via WhatsApp, through a chatbot tool, developed by the DOT digital group. Access to the course will work on the social network itself and is directed through a decision tree. By obeying the indicated command, the student will receive the content. Participants will be able to access the training remotely and will receive a certificate at the end. "Partnerships with EduTechs were essential for us to gain agility and identify new ways of accessing our educational content, such as WhatsApp, which is present on more than 90% of cell phones in Brazil", adds Barbara.
For the educational consultant of the DOT digital group, Carolina Schmitt Nunes, the highlight of the social network modality is centered on the fact that it is a popular application, which can be used, regardless of the quality of the internet signal or the capacity of the device. "Courses through the app are an innovative way of training people anywhere and at any time, free of charge and with complete autonomy for the machine operator. Through conversation on the social network, we deliver information, guidance and knowledge in a light, practical and quickly, with more engagement and an improvement in the absorption of knowledge", he reinforces.
To access, interested professionals must register on the website. When confirming the WhatsApp number, the student is directed to the course in the application itself.
