Innovation in grain cultivation is highlighted at the 16th WinterShow

Adama, a global crop protection company, will participate in the 16th edition of WinterShow, which takes place between October 15th and 17th, in Guarapuava (PR). The largest winter cereal event in the country will bring together more than 5 thousand visitors, including rural producers, agronomists, researchers, cooperatives, research institutions and students, with the proposal to address innovations practiced in the field for grain cultivation, mainly in soybean cultivation.

During the three days, the company will be present with a stand where it will present to farmers and cooperative members the technologies used in the portfolio, such as the biostimulant ExpertGrow, the fungicide Azimuth and insecticides Galil e Voracious, which were developed to help with everything from plant metabolism to combating caterpillars, bedbugs and various types of diseases. "All of our products are recognized in the market for their efficiency. The fungicide, for example, has a broad spectrum, and serves multicultures and provides great cost-benefit for the farmer", says Everton Julio dos Santos, technical sales representative at THE LADY.

In addition to the products, a tool from the company's agrodigital portfolio may also be better known during the event: the Adama Climate, a meteorological station that gathers data on the climatic conditions of the region in which it is installed. "The equipment provides location-specific climate information, therefore, it can be much more accurate in predicting the weather. With the detail, the producer has greater control over the best time to apply the products", explains Everton.

The event, which is held by the "Agrarian Foundation for Agricultural Research (Fapa) and the Agricultural Cooperative, will feature renowned speakers who will address topics of relevance to the sector on various crops such as barley, wheat and oats. The expectation is that the space have a record number of exhibitors, exceeding 70 participating companies.
