Indigo's human resources work was recognized with the Great Place to Work (GPTW) 2022 certification seal, Brazil edition. The award is one of the most important in the world when it comes to people management.
Winning the seal comes at a time of record growth for Indigo, which closed 2022 with its products and solutions present in 2 million hectares of crops in Latin America. Projections for 2023 indicate a 50% expansion in results.
Second Cristiano Pinchetti (in the photo above), CEO of Indigo Latam, the startup is very concerned about the well-being of its team. Participation in GPTW allowed the company to listen to its employees and understand where it needs to improve, drawing up an action plan for continuous improvement management. The results confirmed Indigo's genuine effort to transform itself into an excellent place to work.
