Researchers identify protein that protects against powdery mildew but accelerates leaf senescence
Inari, a company focused on seed genetic innovation, has announced Ignacio Martinez as interim CEO. He took office on May 31. Co-founder of the company and current chairman of the board, Martinez takes over after Ponsi Trivisvavet resigned for health reasons. The executive led Inari for seven years.
The company's board has already begun the search for a new CEO. Martinez is also a partner at Flagship Pioneering, where he works on projects focused on sustainability, food and health.
