Pulverjet reduced costs with after-sales technical support in the field by 95% after investing in technologies embedded in tractors and agricultural implements. The system, developed by Hexagon's Agriculture division, allows the technical team to view the display screen and solve problems in real time, via an internet connection. The savings in traveling to customers were simultaneous with the implementation of the displays.

Executive Marcelo Variza, director of Pulverjet, says that the company approached Hexagon after verifying a deficiency in the GPS controllers of its implements. The problem generated high costs for after-sales service and technical visits in the field. It was then that Pulverjet decided to look for solutions on the national market, which were ready to be installed on its machines. “In addition to a quality product, the challenge was finding the necessary technology for the manufacturer's sprayers to gain market value,” says Variza.

Hexagon was responsible for adapting its products to Pulverjet sprayers. “Using innovative solutions and cutting-edge products generates 'winning sales' arguments for the industry because the agricultural market is very demanding in relation to embedded technologies. Pulverjet not only increased its sales but also reduced after-sales costs”, highlights Bernardo de Castro, president of Hexagon Agriculture. The partnership between the two companies includes a continuous training program for Pulverjet's technical team by Hexagon. The objective of both is to guarantee customer satisfaction.
