HAL Investments supports Koppert expansion with €140 million

HAL Investments reported a capital contribution to Koppert. The €140 million investment aims to expand Koppert's production facilities and provide working capital to support global growth. Both companies are Dutch.

The capital injection not only supports immediate growth plans, but also strategically positions Koppert for future investments. Furthermore, it will play a crucial role in executing its licensing and M&A strategy.

René Koppert, CEO of Koppert, expressed pleasure in welcoming HAL Investments as a strategic partner and long-term investor.
