The executive will also be responsible for the areas of portfolio, intelligence and market access, commercial excellence, market development and communication. With over 25 years of experience in agribusiness companies, Forli brings leadership experience in several areas, including marketing, operations and finance.

The move is part of a larger strategy by Gênica to consolidate its operations in the regenerative agriculture sector in Brazil. Forli arrives with the mission of structuring the company's strategic area, aiming to strengthen sustainable growth and optimize value generation for customers. He highlights that the company is experiencing a crucial moment, leading the agenda of more sustainable agricultural practices in the country.
