With a degree in agronomy from Centro Universitário Integrado, Andrei Watanabe has over 15 years of experience in the agricultural market and brings his expertise in commercial strategy and territory management to the company. The executive will be responsible for the regional fronts of Paraná, Mato Grosso do Sul and Paraguay, with the mission of bringing the sales team closer to customers, with a focus on building and delivering results.
“I am very excited to join the Gênica team – a company that is on its way to becoming a reference in the organic market, with a lot of innovation and providing solutions to our customers. The use of these products is crucial for more sustainable and productive agriculture. Therefore, the challenges are to continue Gênica’s great growth, truly helping rural producers, consolidating access and taking good care of people”, says Watanabe.
Jorge Felício will join the Marketing team as Technical Market Development Manager in both Brazil and Paraguay. With over 9 years of experience in the marketing and sales areas, the executive, who holds a degree in agricultural engineering from the Federal University of Lavras, will lead the team with the goal of driving growth and strengthening the development of new businesses.
“I am very happy to join Gênica, a company with a spirit of innovation and a strong commitment to providing quality solutions with high profitability for producers. I am very excited about the significant advances in the bioinputs market in Brazil, driven by the growing demand for more sustainable agricultural practices and the need to reduce the environmental impact of unbalanced management practices,” explains Felício.
Gênica understands that its intellectual capital is the driving force behind its development and growth. The company is seeking to expand its sales team, both to expand the penetration of Gênica's solutions and tools in locations where it already operates and to enter new territories.
