Brazil has a territory of continental dimensions and this fame is not for nothing. We are the fifth largest country in the world in terms of territorial extension with around 8,5 million km², behind only the United States, China, Canada and Russia. Even with the advancement of the internet, in some regions access is still slow and time-consuming for Brazilians, especially in the case of remote technical support, often requiring the specialist to travel to the location. For greater agility in serving its customers in these situations, GAtec Gestão Agroindustrial S/A - a consultancy, training, development and systems integration company for agribusiness, is expanding its national presence.
The first step has already been taken, Gatec has just opened a branch in Mato Grosso, a state strategically chosen for its privileged location. According to Marcelo Costa Campos, manager of the new unit, the structure will allow the presence on-site visit of professionals so that they can provide specific support and, above all, implement new products with better cost-benefit for customers. “Understanding and knowing the structure of each client is very important so that the operation and business are not impacted, bringing faster results to them”, he highlights.
According to Campos, as Brazil is a country full of opportunities, it is necessary to be present and close to customers and expansion through branches is the most efficient way. “We are structuring this service and relationship channel to provide the best technological solutions, closely understanding each market”, he states.
The establishment of the branch in Mato Grosso aims to be an ideal place to receive customers, enhancing work with technology partners and mainly having professionals for more effective contact both in support and in new implementations. “The expectation is that we can generate more business in these regions that need technological support and the presence of companies like ours”, adds Campos.
Aiming to strengthen its operations in Brazil with new branches, GAtec has expansion into other regions on its radar. According to Paulo Juliano Comora, also manager of the Mato Grosso unit, the idea is to cover service in the states of Roraima, Acre, Mato Grosso do Sul and Goiás, closing the coverage of these regions. “GAtec is attentive to the entire Brazilian and global agribusiness market, constantly analyzing different possibilities for expanding its operations. The search for the best service to our customers, optimization of products and solutions is constant for the company, dedicated 100% to agribusiness”, concludes Comora.
