Fundecitrus has three tools that help citrus growers control greening at the three levels of action necessary for efficient control of the disease: inside the orchard, around the property and in the region where the farm is located.

For internal control, Phytosanitary management system

The Phytosanitary Management System (SGF) contributes to the organization and administration of data involving control. With SGF, it is possible to generate personalized reports, graphs and maps to have a detailed view of the farm based on several variables, information that supports action planning and better management strategies.

The citrus grower can create comparisons on the annual evolution of greening between different properties and periods, including in previous years, and classify, by color, the plots depending on the incidence. This makes it possible to know which regions need more care, where to intensify internal control or carry out external actions.

The SGF is combined with the Phytosanitary Alert and is available on the Play Store or at alert.fundecitrus.com.br.

SICEG manages external management actions

The Greening External Control System - SICEG is a system for managing and monitoring external greening management actions. With it, producers can store and manage all visits, plant replacements, releases of Tamarixia radiata, among other actions carried out around citrus properties.

Available on the Play Store or at siceg.fundecitrus.com.br.

Phytosanitary alert issues warnings for joint and regional control

The system organizes information about the psyllid population and the presence of sprouts on the monitored properties and regions. The insect population is quantified every fortnight by more than 31 yellow sticky traps. This service allows producers to identify critical locations and moments in which the insect occurs and make more precise decisions for joint and regional control of the insect – warnings are sent when there is a high population of the insect so that citrus growers in these regions can carry out coordinated control.

Pela Phytosanitary Alert page on the Fundecitrus website, maps show the psyllid population in each region through colors that indicate whether it is low, medium, high or extreme – signaling the current 'status' of each region in relation to the history of the region itself and the capture history of the entire the area covered by the system. The work to develop the maps was a partnership with Embrapa and the data is updated every two weeks.
