Supplier of powertrain For the energy of the future, FPT Industrial equips the new Futurjet TX1522 and FP1952 sprayers. The models launched at the Safra 2022 Show, in Lucas do Rio Verde (MT), bring the robustness and performance attributes of the FPT N45 engine. From March 22nd to 25th, during the fair, rural producers will be able to get a closer look at the motorization technologies being presented at the Futurjet space.
Different types of agribusiness machines are powered by FPT Industrial. One in every three tractors and one in every two harvesters sold in Brazil rely on the brand's propellers, consolidating the technology and robustness of its products in the most complex operations in the sector.
Established in the segment off-road, the FPT N45 provides excellent power density and torque at low rpm. With 4,5 liters, four cylinders, 165 hp of power and 762 Nm of torque for the TX1522 and FP1952, the engine offers optimized maintenance, which results in greater productivity in the field and lower operating costs. The engine also powers the manufacturer's Bravo model, with 98 hp and 420 Nm of torque.
The NEF Family of the FPT N45 engine meets the most advanced emissions laws in Brazil and is available with mechanical or electronic injection. The versions are equipped with Fixed Geometry (FGT) or Wastegate (WG) turbochargers, which optimize the power curve even at lower speeds, delivering maximum performance in adverse conditions. This way, the operator has total control with greater machine performance, managing fuel consumption efficiently.
“Brazilian agribusiness demands what is most modern and efficient on the market. With the new FPT motorization, the rural producer can extract all the energy and productivity needed. Our engine is specially designed for the application”, says FPT Industrial Product Marketing specialist, Edinilson Almeida. “We are very happy with the new partnership with Futurjet and we hope to reap great results. Our focus is to develop solutions aimed at the best customer experience.”
Global presence
The reliability of the NEF Family is proven by almost 2 million units produced around the world, for different types of missions: road, maritime and agricultural, as well as construction and power generation equipment.
