Fourmaq Soluções buys shares in Mardisa Máquinas

Fourmaq entered into a deal to acquire the entire share capital of Mardisa Máquinas. The two legal entities are Massey Ferguson resellers. The business is under analysis by Cade (Administrative Council for Economic Defense).

With the deal, Fourmaq expands its activities to the states of Maranhão and Piauí. The company currently has activities in the states of Tocantins and Goiás.

Fourmaq Soluções em Agronegócios Ltda., based in Palmas, belonging to the Fourmaq Group, is controlled by the holding company Fourmaq Patrimonial. Its business activity involves selling tractors, harvesters, platforms, planters, sprayers, implements, auto parts, lubricants. And provision of maintenance services for the machines sold.

In turn, the shares of Mardisa Máquinas Ltda., headquartered in São Luís, belong to the Parvi Group, a family group formed by natural persons (individuals). They operate in the sales of new and used vehicles, parts, bodywork and armoring services for vehicles of different brands, insurance, consortiums, and dispatch services.
