FMC brings integrated management program for sugarcane at the 15th Insectshow

CMF will participate in another edition of InsectShow – Seminar on Sugarcane Pest Control. The event will be held on the 17th and 18th of July, in Ribeirão Preto-SP, and aims to present innovations for professionals linked to the sector who are looking for ways to increase the profitability of their companies in a sustainable way.

According to FMC's Regional Marketing Manager, Vinicius Batista, the company's technical team will present a program for managing sugarcane crops, using chemical and biological products with different modes of action, which promote balanced development. , healthy and vigorous crop, in an environment free from weeds, pests and diseases. O Genesis Program aims to promote maximum sugarcane productivity in a sustainable way.

The Program's solutions include insecticide Altacor, an ally for efficient integrated pest management to control the borer in sugarcane; the bionematicide Quartz, recommended for controlling lesion nematodes (Pratylenchus zeae and P. brachyurus) and root-knot nematodes (Meloidogyne incognita and M. javanica); the fungicide Authority to control pineapple fruitlessness; the biostimulant Seed to help the plant from the effects of stress; and the herbicide Stone, which promotes control of wide and narrow leaves with residuality.

“The combined solutions promote stand, health, vigor and efficiency. Plants develop quickly, with less carbon expenditure and faster farm operations. We want the Gennesis Program to be implemented in our customers and contribute to more efficient and sustainable management”, highlights Batista.

The Manager also reinforces the importance of the event in exchanging experience with rural producers. “Participating in this event is an opportunity to carry out technical exchanges with producers to understand their needs and offer solutions that meet these demands. We are leaders in sugarcane and this is an opportunity to share with our customers what contributions and success stories we have in this crop”, he adds.
